The Rowland Foundation
The Rowland Foundation provides Vermont secondary school educators with a unique professional development and leadership opportunity and the resources to positively affect student achievement and the culture and climate of their respective schools. Middle school teachers may apply who are a part of a K-12 or 7-12 school and where the high school and middle school fall under the same leadership umbrella. Additionally, teachers from "stand alone" middle schools may apply for a fellowship if they partner with a teacher from the high school which receives their students.
